Cancellation of Event

If at any time an event is cancelled before taking place, the entrant is entitled to a full refund. To initiate a refund, please login to your control panel and go to your entry, of which you are able to apply for the refund. Once your refund application has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial transaction. Only under certain circumstances may a refund be given if the event has been started, and cancelled part-way through. If this occurs, all entrants will be notified of the outcome, and will have their refunds processed.

Refund Requests

All entrants are entitled to a full refund of their entry, as long as the refund request is initiate at least 48 hours prior to the event date. If a request is initiated less than 48 hours prior to the event, a partial refund will only be allowed under certain circumstances. If a refund is requested the amount refunded will be issued to the original card used for the transaction. Under no circumstances can the refunded amount be placed onto a different card.
